Expert coaching in front crawl technique, sighting, turning at bouys, drafting, mass starts, internal focus, overcoming phobias, temperature control, endurance and much much more.
Friendly informal atmosphere. Fantastic open water swimming location.
Weekly every Monday at 6.30-7.30pm until the end of the season (October we hope!). £10 per session, £99 unlimited sessions (at least 4 months).
