I provide fun team building and healthy lifestyle sessions at your business premises to motivate, educate and engage colleagues in various activities. I primarily focus on diet and exercise habits or can tailor the day to your company's needs, such as help staff gain better posture when sitting at their desks, quit smoking, lose weight or improve their sleeping patterns. Coaching sessions can be for groups or individuals.
I also offer personal health and fitness training for individuals as part of employees' reward packages, such as one session a week for an employee for three months.
