Personal Health and Fitness Training

Personal Training is suitable for people who want to improve any area of fitness and health.  If you need some advice and inspiration of if you simply need variation and enjoyable fitness activities to stay motivated then personal training is for you. It's ideal for complete beginners or more advanced fitness fanatics who may be training for something sport-specific such as a 5K charity run or your first or tenth Triathlon!

Our initial consultation comprises a detailed health check, which includes a questionnaire, diet and exercise history and can include body fat measurements.  We repeat these measurements to track your progress and show you the great results of your dedicated training.

My specialism is designing individualised lifestyle management and fitness training programmes.  I take pride in personalizing every programme to your  needs and provide you with what YOU want, which could range from a weekly motivation session to help you loose weight, or a more intensive structured long term periodized training plan designed specifically for any sporting event for fun or competition.   In many of the sessions I will train with you, supporting you along the way.   We work together to make subsequent sessions easier or harder based on how you feel you are getting on.  I strive to provide you with a training programme that is fun which you will enjoy and want to continue with in the future.  I continually support you through phone and email to help you make enduring healthier lifestyle habits and maintain motivation.

If you are looking to loose weight then I recommend a combination of personal training, diet analysis and nutrition therapy.  Please click the link above or contact me now using the link below for more information and get started.
