"I used to swim a fair bit even before training with Annie. I'd go to the pool several times a week and I was able to swim a mile of front crawl without finding it too difficult. Like any other swimmer, though, I knew deep down that my technique could use some improvement. I contacted Annie and within a couple of days, we had our first session. I was impressed not only by how quickly and precisely she was able to identify the weak spots in my stroke, but also by how fast she managed to correct them. We worked on drills together and after only two sessions, I was already a much more efficient swimmer. My stroke count dropped significantly and I improved my swim time for 100m by 15 seconds. I continued training -- and improving -- with Annie. We meet weekly when I am in Oxford and we work on all four strokes these days. I am impressed with how patient Annie is and how determined to make sure that I get everything right. She doesn't let me give up and if there's something that I'm having trouble understanding, she will find ten different ways to explain it and to help me visualize the correct movement. After our sessions, I leave the pool not only happier, but also confident that I am a better swimmer than I was when I walked in."

"When I met Annie it was at a very low period of my life, where everything that could go wrong went wrong. I knew that a major key to turning my life around lay at my general health and well being. My health and fitness levels had been ravaged by the onslaught of personal tragedy and a stressful and chaotic lifestyle which made me vulnerable to all sorts of infections and lacking motivation and low in energy for most things, including exercise.
